Delete your ProfileAI account

You can request deletion of your ProfileAI account and associated personal data either inside the app or by email.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Help & Support.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm both prompts.

Request deletion on the web

Email privacy@profile-app.com from the email address connected to your ProfileAI account, with the subject “ProfileAI account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before acting.

This page does not delete an account automatically. We only begin deletion after receiving and verifying your request. Never send your password, authentication code, or payment details by email.

What is deleted

Once verified, we delete or anonymize the account, uploaded photos, generated images and associated profile data, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your ProfileAI account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account to prevent future renewal.
